About Anneke Rees

Anneke Rees holds 30 years of experience in the health care system, including as a palliative care paid-trainer and volunteer, and also on staff as a former Leader of Volunteer Resources for Providence Health Care - St. Paul's Hospital. She is a co-founder of "Dying Matters Canada" and was a Program Designer for the SFU "End of Life Expo 2017" and End of Life Matters & Marketplace 2019". Anneke was a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and a coach in their Executive Mentorship Program, and offers professional supports in hospice care.
