About this Death Cafe

Norwich Death Cafe is coming to the Juniper Coffee Shop so why not join us for an afternoon of informal conversation on the one thing that truly unites us all - mortality.

Death Cafe is a worldwide movement, bringing people together over tea and cake to talk about death with a view to making the most of life.
Ask anyone who has attended one of these events and many will tell you that they are surprisingly life affirming!

This is a free event, but refreshments will be available to buy. The cake is really good at Juniper!
If you're feeling the squeeze and it's a bit of a stretch to buy a cuppa don't let that put you off as we'll be happy to serve up a 'community cuppa' to anyone who might need one.

About Alex Watson

Alex is a soul midwife and end of life doula in training. She works as a carer for the elderly and on the palliative care ward at the N&N with the Anne Robson trust Butterflies. She came to this career after a long and varied work life all over Europe in everything from English teaching to drag cabaret. After feeling the need to find a more spiritual purpose and meaning to her life she discovered soul midwifery and is now dedicating herself to offering loving support to those coming to the end of their lives.
