About this Death Cafe
Join a relaxed conversation and openly talk about death, dying and end of life at the Sainsbury Centre
At a Death Cafe people gather to drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. Our aim is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their lives.
This is a free event, but please do use the online booking link below.
Come prepared to buy refreshments in the Modern Life Cafe if you can but please let us know when you arrive if you would like one of our community cups of tea for free.
Important note -
Death Cafe events are offered as an informal space for talking about death with a view to normalising these conversations. As such they are not offered with the intention of providing bereavement support.
The Norwich Death Cafe team are happy to signpost on to other organisations locally offering this kind of support where needed.
