The event will start with an introduction that will include some groundrules for ensuring safe and confidential sharing. There will be lots of opportunity for sharing experiences, thoughts and fears arouond death, dying and grief.
About Alberta Gutteridge
Alberta is co-director of Creating Conversations CIC and has been hosting Death and Grief Cafes since 2021. Alberta also works for a local charity that provides services to reduce the impacts of financial hardship and loneliness and isolation for older people.
