About this Death Cafe

The holiday season is often a difficult one for those who are grieving within the community.

Let’s come together to eat cake, drink tea and talk about death, dying and life in between, along with ways to manage the “merry season” when you’re not feeling so merry and bright.

This is not a therapeutic group, and there will be no set agenda, all are welcome to join the conversation as we explore death and dying in a culture that often doesn't allow space for these difficult conversations.

About Ali Mills (Grief Guide)

Ali Mills is a Specialised grief, loss, and bereavement counsellor offering counselling to the Western suburbs of Brisbane and Ipswich through Grief Guide.

Ali has over 10 years of  clinical experience suporting people of all ages through many different grief experiences.

Her hope is to create spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and valued in their grieving experiences.
