About this Death Cafe

For the fourth year running we have been invited to hold a Death Cafe for Dying Matters Awareness Week at The Forum in Norwich.

This event is quite a highlight in the calendar for the Norwich Death Cafe as we get such an interesting mix of visitors, many of whom are completely new to the concept of a Death Cafe. The array of cakes is usually pretty impressive as we receive edible donations from all the stall holders at the event. 

About Su Squire and Kayla St. Claire

Su and Kayla have now run several Death Cafes in Norwich. They are both passionate about the need to be open with our conversations about death and with this in mind they both explore the theme of mortality and society's approach to it through their work as creative practitioners in the fields of storytelling, dance and performance art.
