About this Death Cafe

I am facilitating the Denver Death Cafe to create a comfortable and welcoming space for us to discuss death openly. I personally have experienced many deaths of loved ones and friends. My two near-death experiences made me open my eyes and appreciate every single moment on this earth.

About Fairmount Mortuary

Anita Larson is the Facilitator and Organizer of the Denver Death Cafes. She is an artist, writer, speaker, researcher and officiant. She will welcome you with open arms and is friendly as well as professional. Anita keeps the conversations flowing and makes sure everyone gets heard.  She is punctual and respects your time. The meetings start at 3:00 sharp and end at 4:30 p.m. There is opportunity to interact with others after the meeting.
