About this Death Cafe
Death Cafes provide a safe, agenda-free place to discuss death and dying over some tasty treats. Not a grief support or therapy group, it is just a friendly and interested group of people discussing death, dying and end-of-life. Space is limited. RSVPs are required to assure space. No late arrivals. Room can be cool, so dress accordingly.
About Mitsuo Tomita, M.D. and May Bull, RN
Mitsuo is a retired family practice physician and member of the San Diego County Coalition for Improving End-of-Life Care and the Hemlock Society of San Diego.
May Bull, RN, BSN, is a retired nurse educator, worked at San Diego Hospice for 17 years, and is a member of the San Diego County Coalition for Improving End-of-Life Care.
