About this Death Cafe
I first learned of Death Cafe on a teleconference with the founder Jon Underwood when I was a student at the Celebrant Foundation & Institute. The concept was intriguing and the closest one to Denver at the time was in Taos, NM so I traveled there to see what it was like. I learned so much! It was amazing and I couldn't wait any longer for someone to start one in Denver - so I founded the first one here. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and I learn something new at each gathering.

Anita Larson is an enthusiastic facilitator with over 15 years experience as a professional speaker. She is a Funeral Celebrant who creates and officiates Life Celebrations. She keeps things moving along and each Death Cafe that she facilitates is fascinating and different!
