Death Cafe and affiliate entities of Impermanence Limited, control the processing of any personal information collected through marketing cookies used on the Death Cafe website. The Death Cafe volunteer team handling your interactions on our website controls the processing of your personal information when you post or register on our website.

    • WITH DEATH CAFE HOSTS
      We may share limited the personal information you provide when you sign up for Death Cafe single with Death Cafe hosts for the purposes of identification and authentication, so that they are able to contact you to send you information about events that you have asked to attend. We require that Death Cafe hosts adhere to strict rules when processing your personal information, including to only use your personal information in accordance with Death Cafe’s instructions and the applicable laws.
    • WITH LEGAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
      Death Cafe will disclose personal information where required by law or legal process, for the administration of justice, to protect your vital interest, for investigations by law enforcement or regulatory bodies, to protect and defend Death Cafe’s property and legal rights, to protect the personal safety of Death Cafe website or by order of a valid injunction from a court or law enforcement agency.

      We will share your personal information with other third parties (different from those described above, for example, regulatory bodies) in other limited circumstances.     ACCESS TO, DELETION, AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
