What brings you to Death Cafe?
I share the values and mission of Death Café and I strongly believe Hong Kong needs a safe and relaxed environment for people to think and discuss about their life and their death.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I think setting up “Death Café Hong Kong” will be my legacy. I really hope Hong Kong can have a place where anyone (both ill/health, rich/poor, old/young, etc) can join together and talk about living meaningfully and contented before they die.
Thoughts for sharing:
"What a more beautiful world this would be if we didn’t wait till people were dead before we honored their spirit."

It was a wonderful experience for everyone to join the "death cafe x Lost & Found" on 15 March 2015 in Hong Kong.
As usual, Death Cafe Hong Kong rely on facebook to invite participants to join. After the coverage from a local newspaper Mingpao, there were more participants to join. Therefore, we were lucky to have more diversity among our participants. Both elderly and young adults had great conversation. Participants using graphics and quotes to facilitate their sharings.

It's our third cafe in HK but the first time we hosted it without attaching to other events! Though not many coming this time, we still treasure so much the time we've spent together exploring the death and life stories and issues in such a friendly and supportive space. That's what Death Cafe meant to be! We need your support in making this movement going ~ let's learn about life fully through facing death truely!
